DUET

10-Metre Solar-Electric Catamaran

Duet carries twelve guests and two crew on more than 200 hp of electric power and a 120+ kWh battery — enough to move a full party properly, and to do it again tomorrow.

There is no engine note to talk over, no fumes across the aft deck, no fuel to carry, and no morning lost to servicing something that burns diesel. What is left is the part you actually bought a boat for: the water, the people on it, and the light.

The twin GRP hull gives the stability of a much larger vessel and the deck area to match — a platform that stays flat at anchor and never feels crowded.

Engineering

Not a concept

An engineered boat.

Duet is developed with Walby on naval architecture and engineering, and ExploMar on the electric power system — the drivetrain, battery and energy management that everything else depends on.

A GRP catamaran hull, a 120+ kWh pack and 200+ hp of electric propulsion, specified together rather than assembled from parts. That is the difference between an electric boat that works on a spec sheet and one that works on a Tuesday in August with fourteen people aboard.
